                                          Gering Labor Day Garbage Route

The City of Gering offices will be closed Monday, September 7, 2026 in observance of Labor Day. City of Gering Residential and Commercial customers normally

collected on Monday will be collected on Tuesday, September 8, 2026. Residential customers need to be aware that collection may be later than normal due to
the holiday. Commercial Recycling customers normally collected on Monday will be collected on Tuesday, September 8, 2026. 

REMINDER:  Yard waste collection season ends November 20, 2026. Green containers are for yard waste only.
