Bring the whole family May 31! Legion Park will be scattered with fun things to do. You can play in the sprinklers with the Gering Fire Department then have the Gering Cheerleaders paint your face. The Panhandle Humane Society will have some critters to check out and The Bird Conservancy of the Rockies will be there too. Explore chalk art with the Western Nebraska Arts Center, and make a button to take home. If that isn't enough, we have the Western Nebraska Pioneers, Skipper's Cupboard, and Keep Scottsbluff Gering Beautiful too. Best of all, we have a bubble machine to play in!

The Friends of the Gering Library have arranged for Jax to provide treats for those who sign up for the reading program.
