Special Designated Liquor License

A Special Designated License for sale or consumption of alcoholic liquor at a designated location with the city limits may be issued by the Nebraska Liquor Control Commission after approval of the local governing body. 

All applications for a special designated license, with local governing body approval, and proper fees, must be received by the Nebraska Liquor Control Commission at least ten working days prior to the event.  Applicants not received at least ten working days prior to the event will not be processed.  The applicant must provide a written showing of estimated size of the crowd and how it intends to assure that alcohol will not be served to minors and intoxicated persons.
